Avoid the stress of what goes where and how, allow Grenada Freight Services to do your packing. We offer a professional packing service, because around here experience has proven; the right skills, equipment and materials can determine the condition in which goods arrive to their final destination.

We can also provide additional protection for your items, if you so desire, indicate to personnel during pick up.

Types of packaging used:

  • Plastic /cardboard drums (barrels) are extremely popular and still considered an excellent choice for shipping; food items, clothing and household items, etc.

  • Cartoons are economical and ideal for shipping light-weight items

  • Plastic Containers are ideal for the items that may not make it into the overflowing drums or for smaller shipments

  • Skids or pallets can be used to facilitate better handling and protection of cargo. Additionally cost can be minimized when items are palletized.

  • Crates usually made from plywood or board, are considered the most durable for ocean freight and ideal for large items.

  • Bales are great for light weight low valued items.

Trucking Freight

If you live in the Province of Ontario we will pick up your items. Special arrangements are in place for customers who reside outside of Ontario.

Warehousing

Grenada Freight Services offer temporary warehouse storage, items are stored in a secure facility until shipping date.

CONTAINER SHIPPING

Do you have many items and need a container? Don’t worry; show us what you have, we will measure all your items and determine if you need a 20 ft or 40 ft container. We can also assist you in purchasing a container.

BROKERAGE
The size or type of cargo may require assistance from a broker at the final port. Just ask at our Grenada office and you will receive the required assistance.
